A warm place to come back to yourself.

About me

Hi, I’m Rosanna.

I have experienced the transformative journey of transitioning from feeling unfulfilled, insecure and unhappy to feeling content, confident and leading a life full of joy. It is an absolute honour to facilitate and be a part of this journey for my clients too.

People describe me as kind, perceptive and easy to talk to. My approach is trauma-informed and I offer a safe space for those in LGBTQIA+ and marginalised communities — and I know that our world is not always a kind place.

I work with a broad range of issues and have a particular interest in working with anxiety, confidence struggles and relationship breakdowns.

I offer a space where you can be your truest self, without judgement. My aim is to help you to get to the root of any difficulties you may be facing. Through helping you to understand, accept and express yourself, I hope to help you to build a life that feels aligned to you.

I strive to be gentle but transparent, and I will always allow you as the client to direct the pace and direction of the counselling.

Doing the work to heal the parts of you that hurt can be hard, but it can be enlightening, rewarding and enjoyable too. I would love to be a part of this journey with you.

My approach

Gentle enough to feel safe. Honest enough to help.

As a Person-Centred Therapist, I believe that each individual is the expert in themselves — in knowing what lights them up, what they need and what feels wrong.

01

You are the expert in yourself

I seek to help you reconnect with yourself and to build trust in yourself and your instincts, so life can feel more aligned to who you are.

02

At your pace

I strive to be gentle but transparent, and I will always allow you as the client to direct the pace and direction of the counselling.

03

Rooted, reflective support

I love learning and growing as a person and I continually ensure my practice is supported by the most up-to-date discoveries and research.

I work with a broad range of issues

Anxiety Confidence struggles Relationship breakdowns Trauma Low self-esteem Stress Burnout Loneliness Family issues Identity LGBTQIA+ experiences

What therapy can offer

A space to understand, accept and express yourself.

You do not need to arrive with perfect words. Therapy can begin with anxiety that keeps returning, confidence that feels worn down, the pain of a relationship breakdown, or simply the sense that something in life no longer feels right. We can begin there, together.

“Through helping you to understand, accept and express yourself, I hope to help you to build a life that feels aligned to you.”

A note from me

Doing the work to heal the parts of you that hurt can be hard, but it can also be enlightening, rewarding and enjoyable too. I would love to be a part of this journey with you.
